Advanced Care Directives

Will Hallahan is the Executive Officer of Palliative Care WA Inc. He will speak about the introduction of changes to WA’s “Guardianship Administration Act 1990” which permit people to appoint their own guardians or complete an Advance Health Directive. These changes are an important development in the state’s advance care planning regime and aspects of the WA experience will be of relevance to cancer nurses from across Australia.
